🛠️ Step-by-Step: How to Change Image Shape

Method 1: Crop Image to Shape (Fastest)

1. Select your picture in MS Word.
2. Go to Picture Format tab menu.
3. Click arrow ▼ below Crop button => select Crop to Shape.
4. Choose any shape (Circle, Heart, Star, Oval). BOOM! Done super fast!

Method 2: Fill Shape with Picture

1. Go to Insert => Shapes => draw your shape.
2. Click shape => go to Shape Format => Shape Fill.
3. Select Picture... => pick image file from computer. Done!

💡 Quick Tips

• Fix Stretched Photo: Click Crop ▼ => Fill to adjust photo inside shape cleanly.
• Perfect Round Circle: Click Crop ▼ => Aspect Ratio => 1:1 before cropping to circle!
• Add Border Outline: Go to Picture Format => Picture Border to add color outline.
