How to Set Shape Size to 4x6 or 3x4 in MS Word (Video in Khmer)

🛠️ Step-by-Step: How to Set Exact Shape Size (4x6 cm or 3x4 cm)

Step 1: Draw a Rectangle Shape

1. Open your document in MS Word.
2. Go to Insert tab => click Shapes => select Rectangle.
3. Click and drag on your page to draw a basic shape.

Step 2: Set Exact Height and Width

1. Click on your drawn shape to select it.
2. Go to Shape Format tab on the top menu bar.
3. Look at the right side of the ribbon under Size section:

• For 4x6 cm photo: set Height = 6 cm and Width = 4 cm.
• For 3x4 cm photo: set Height = 4 cm and Width = 3 cm.

1. Press Enter on keyboard. BOOM! Your shape becomes exact 4x6 or 3x4 centimeters instantly!

> 💡 Tip: If Word auto changes width when you type height, click small arrow icon at bottom-right corner of Size box => uncheck "Lock aspect ratio" => click OK!

Step 3: Insert ID Photo Inside the Shape

1. Click on the 4x6 or 3x4 shape.
2. Go to Shape Format => click Shape Fill => select Picture....
3. Choose From a File and select your passport photo from your computer.
4. Click Insert. Your photo fills inside the exact 4x6 or 3x4 box cleanly!

> 💡 Tip: Want multiple 4x6 or 3x4 photos on 1 paper? Hold Ctrl + Shift key and drag the shape to make duplicate copies quickly aligned in straight lines!
