- Follow 6x6 Text Rule: Don't put long paragraphs on slide! Keep maximum 6 lines of bullet points per slide and 6 words per line.
- Use High-Quality Images & Icons: Replace old clip art with clear HD photos and modern vector icons.

Refine formatting and slide flow for a professional look:
- Consistent Fonts: Use max 2 font styles per file (1 bold font for main titles, 1 clean font for body text).
- Align Objects Cleanly: Use Format > Align > Distribute Horizontally / Vertically so shapes and text boxes align straight automatically.
- Simple Transitions: Avoid crazy spinning slide animations! Use simple Fade or Morph transitions to keep presentation professional.
