Step-by-Step to Copy Excel Table:

  1. Open Excel $\rightarrow$ select cells or table $\rightarrow$ press Ctrl + C.
  2. Open Microsoft Word $\rightarrow$ put cursor where you want table.
  3. Right-click mouse to see Paste Options:
  • Keep Source Formatting: Keeps Excel original colors and borders.
  • Use Destination Styles: Changes table font to match Word style.
  • Picture: Pastes table as image so layout never messes up!
  • Keep Text Only: Pastes only words and numbers without table lines.
