1. How to Insert a Shape:

  1. Go to Insert tab $\rightarrow$ click Shapes dropdown menu.
  2. Select any shape icon you like (e.g. Rectangle đŸŸĨ, Circle 🔴, Arrow âžĄī¸).
  3. Click and drag your mouse on the Word document page to draw the shape!

2. How to Add Text Inside Shape:

  1. Right-click on the shape you drew.
  2. Select Add Text (or Edit Text).
  3. Type your text inside! You can change font size, color, and alignment normally.

3. How to Format Shape Colors & Styles:

  1. Click on the shape $\rightarrow$ Shape Format tab will appear at top menu.
  2. Shape Fill: Change background color inside shape (or pick No Fill).
  3. Shape Outline: Change line border color, line thickness (weight), or dashed style.
  4. Shape Effects: Add 3D Shadow, Reflection, or Soft Glow effects!
