How to add tools to Quick Access Toolbar:

1. Click the small dropdown arrow icon at the very top left of the Word title bar.
2. Check favorite items like Quick Print, Print Preview, or Undo.
3. Alternative method: Right-click ANY button on the ribbon menu $\rightarrow$ click "Add to Quick Access Toolbar"!
