How to Use Change Case in Microsoft Word (Video in Khmer)

Hello everyone! Today let me share you one super useful video tutorial in Khmer language about how to use Change Case feature in Microsoft Word!

When you type English text, sometimes you type everything in lowercase or forget to turn off Caps Lock. Instead of deleting and re-typing all words from scratch, Microsoft Word can convert your text case instantly!

🔤 5 Types of Change Case Options in Word

Microsoft Word provides 5 different text case options:

1. Sentence case: Capitalizes only the first letter of each sentence (e.g. "Hello world from Phnom Penh.").
2. lowercase: Converts all selected text to small lowercase letters (e.g. "microsoft word tutorial").
3. UPPERCASE: Converts all selected text to BIG CAPITAL LETTERS (e.g. "OFFICIAL REPORT DOCUMENT").
4. Capitalize Each Word: Capitalizes the first letter of every single word, perfect for book titles (e.g. "Microsoft Word Office Guide").
5. tOGGLE cASE: Reverses capital and small letters (e.g. "mICROSOFT wORD").

How to use Change Case from Ribbon Toolbar:

1. Highlight the text you want to change.
2. Go to the Home tab on the top ribbon.
3. In the Font section, click the Aa (Change Case) icon button.
4. Pick any of the 5 case styles from the dropdown list!
